Caged Muay Thai and MMA

Avoid this place. They do not even teach muay thai, they teach kickboxing at best since the coaches do not teach elbows or flying strikes. they barely teach any knees clinches or sweeps except very basic moves and they are not part of regular trainings. MMA is not done there either, but it is still in the club name? the head coach Chris is cold and arrogant towards ppl which i have seen a few times spectating and when i was taking part in the lessons. he will raise his voice or challenge someone to 'sparr' if they disagree with him or want to try something different like it is a personal attack on him. i have talked to other people in the city about Caged. A lot of them do not have positive things to say about their experiences. This club is toxic and the head coach Chris comes up the most as one of the biggest problems. The classes are basic and repetitive, lack any real muay thai and mma is not taught at all! This is a watered down boxercise club with kicking that should be avoided by people looking to learn real muay thai or mma. there are better clubs in the city that offer a lot more that are true to their club names.
