Large I site centre with lots of info and staff to assist you in planning and booking your choices for excursions. Public toilets available. This is also the place where the Intercity bus stops. Good location and lot of shop around . bit hard to find parking. good discounted activities tickets.
Friendly staff, good knowledge on attractions.. nice clean toilets.. discount tickets to certain attractions.. worth checking out and centrally located close to some good food.
Very helpful staff, as always even though everything is a bit uncertain after the lockdown. We are on our way to whakapapa and this is great place to stop by for information. Tourist must come here to get yourself tons of activities ideas
