absolutely no urgency or effort to get package delivered. no contact from TNT to advise of delay. package spent more time sitting in Auckland than it did shipping from China to NZ - and still waiting.
TNT have terrible customer service. They hold onto parcels for 3 days after it has cleared customs. Try to call them to find out what is going on and you will be on hold for 10 minutes and then get cut off. Very frustrating! They don't give a damn how urgent your stuff is. Avoid using this company at all costs.
