Just called the office and the customer service lady that answered the phone was so rude and no manners.

Friendly and professional service. Decent shipping rates to the Pacific islands.

Okay I literally just called up to get some info about shipments to the islands.. now I am one of those people who knows nothing about shipments which is why I need some info. I didn't get the name of the man i just spoke to but while I was asking him questions he just put me on hold and transferred me to some other line which asked me to leave a message and hung up.. If I could rate this service a 0 i would but 1 star is the lowest.. worst service for me as it is my first time calling this company.. definitely not calling you guys back and will also warn others . I think you guys should train your colleagues how to provide professional customer service and to be patient especially with people like me who are just tryna get some information because we obviously don't know anything about this.. as we don't always ship things to other countries.. #veryannoyed #disappointed.

Just visit the place to drop off stuffs to be taken to the islands. Didn't go in the office.

Not currently open to the public. No answer to any phone numbers at the front door
