TNT have terrible customer service. They hold onto parcels for 3 days after it has cleared customs. Try to call them to find out what is going on and you will be on hold for 10 minutes and then get cut off. Very frustrating! They don't give a damn how urgent your stuff is. Avoid using this company at all costs.
Every review says exactly what I want to say. Hopeless, hopeless, hopeless! Will never make use of this company ever again. Avoid at all costs
If you have nothing else to do but wait half the day on the phone to these people while they attempt to 'help' then this is the company for you!
