Lovely place. Friendly workers. To apply for membership very easy. U can apply and u can cancel everything on computer. When here close doesnt matter if u have the key u can open and u can come inside what time u want u can make exercises 24 hours open. And price really good! Very clean place. People very good. I like here so much
The customer service was extremely poor. Waited 4 minutes for a greeting from the lady behind the desk. Went with intention of becoming a member - first impression changed my mind. I could not settle on becoming a member of a gym where friendliness and customer service were sorely lacking.
Just started at this gym 2 weeks ago so far it has been great, awesome facility. Heaps of gear/machines. 24 hrs too which is good if you're working everyday!
All the staff is lovely, except for the red head lady. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and I work in retail. I tried to sign up and she was completely blunt and rude when there was no need. Definitely not going back and not signing up i’ll take my business to flex fitness and so will my friends.

The lady won’t let me workout here yet because it’s not officially open yet. I ran 4K to get here and it’s all ready to go, everything is set up. But she kicked me out. Granted they were very apologetic and I guess I understand their legal obligations.
Good gym, but poor customer service and administration issues. Staff should all know how to sort membership sign ups and everything related to it instead of clients being passed around and being mucked around.

Very spacious and fully equipped with the latest equipment. Ablution block was clean and there are lockers for the patrons to use without extra charge. Music gets a bit loud sometimes but overall a good place to get a membership.
Beautiful gym, every equipment is installed
