Love it! Highly recommend it. There's a great crew who come here, all just ordinary people wanting a good, hard workout. No one's parading around in skimpy Lycra or checking themselves out in the mirrors! They're here to get stronger/fitter/leaner/faster and they're seeing results!

If it was reconditioned, I'd give it 4 stars, but it gets so hot I stop going in summer. I'm waiting for the weather to cool down so I can return. Other than that, I love it. I love the boxing classes, I love the vibe. Great gym, great facilities. Always clean.

Amazing gym. If you want to lose body fat or learn pure boxing skills, or building muscles from group classes and gym facility this is the place. Group classes are suitable for any level of fitness and staffs are very friendly.
