Irma is a very professional relaxed teacher. The studio is well equipped, nice and bright. There is extra workshops which are great for that extra bit of knowledge and self practice on top of all the regular classes.

Yesterday 23rd Nov I did a yoga class, having such a bad neck/shoulder all week I nearly didn't go I walked out of there with not a bit of soreness, So glad I went..... Thank you Irma

Great yoga session. Good location  well equipped  yoga studio. Very helpful  and friendly  teacher.

I love this place! I do restorative and Hatha yoga with Kate as often as I can. Kate is a superb teacher, she brims with kindness and empathy. Highly recommend.

Very friendly open space with great teachers, I especially enjoy the Iyengar classes with Irma,  she really looks after you and is so informative, I have learnt so much about the body and feel great afterwards, highly recommend if you are a beginner in Yoga or if you are looking for a more advanced class!
