Just finished shopping at the warehouse for some new gym gears. The security guard stops me and accuses me of stealing. I’m a security guard myself and I deal with thieves in the city all the time, why would I be one???. Anyways he goes ahead and looks through my things and the receipt. He claims that I scanned one item twice?? Which didn’t make sense. We go to the counter the lady checks the receipt and I’ve paid for everything. They really need to get rid of him this isn’t the first time he’s done this.
A large Warehouse outlet in the Franklin Z zone. Parking is good. Went there looking for bedding products, and a fold out bed. The staff were helpful in locating product, which was not on the floor. Had to pick the product using a hydraulic lift. Checked out items using the self checkout. A successful shopping trip.
Great layout and always find what I need. Prefer going through checkout with the staff on then the quick checkouts but good they have both options
I honestly don’t know how this store survives. The place is a mess and no one seems to care. I went in recently to price up fishing lines for kids. The fishing rods were all over the place, some were broken and others had their lines tangled in an around all the other rods. Two of the aisles were blocked by pallets of stock, and there is never anyone on the electronic area. Prices are missing and stock is all over the place and mixed up. Look at the state of the ripped and damaged gift wrapping.
