Didn’t have the greatest experience last night at the check out. Only one team member at checkout standing behind a checkout closed sign telling me to use the self check out instead. I had my three children and a large shopping. When I needed help with the self check out I turned to see the team member had opened her register and was serving customers. We had to wait for her to serve others while 2 other team members stood to the side having a chat. When she finally came over to see what was the problem it seemed like it was such an inconvenience for her. She then told me I should’ve gone to the register. My daughter turned around and told her we did! You told us to come here and use this! I understand these kind of jobs aren’t the greatest but a little bit of kindness goes along way. Perhaps more training is needed or others should be on the registers that don’t mind dealing with customers.
They always have good sales on and I love seeing their clearance aisle. You can often find good deals if you look around. I bought the Refill Oral B tooth brush, and although the promo ended, they still allowed me to purchase it at sale price which I really appreciated. I have always had a good experience shopping at TW Pukekohe.
A large Warehouse outlet in the Franklin Z zone. Parking is good. Went there looking for bedding products, and a fold out bed. The staff were helpful in locating product, which was not on the floor. Had to pick the product using a hydraulic lift. Checked out items using the self checkout. A successful shopping trip.
To the warehouse Pukekohe customer service workers, around 11-11:30am Sunday morning.. thank you! Thank you for reminding my partner and I that as consumers we have the choice where to spend our money. Your rude, unhelpful attitude, not to mention acting so offended that we dare interrupt your personal phone time whilst waiting to be served by you, as is clearly your job, allowed us to take the few hundred dollars we planned to spend in your store to somewhere else. Be grateful you have a job, and do better, coz on Sunday, you both sucked.
I honestly don’t know how this store survives. The place is a mess and no one seems to care. I went in recently to price up fishing lines for kids. The fishing rods were all over the place, some were broken and others had their lines tangled in an around all the other rods. Two of the aisles were blocked by pallets of stock, and there is never anyone on the electronic area. Prices are missing and stock is all over the place and mixed up.
