A large Warehouse outlet in the Franklin Z zone. Parking is good. Went there looking for bedding products, and a fold out bed. The staff were helpful in locating product, which was not on the floor. Had to pick the product using a hydraulic lift. Checked out items using the self checkout. A successful shopping trip.
To the warehouse Pukekohe customer service workers, around 11-11:30am Sunday morning.. thank you! Thank you for reminding my partner and I that as consumers we have the choice where to spend our money. Your rude, unhelpful attitude, not to mention acting so offended that we dare interrupt your personal phone time whilst waiting to be served by you, as is clearly your job, allowed us to take the few hundred dollars we planned to spend in your store to somewhere else. Be grateful you have a job, and do better, coz on Sunday, you both sucked.
I thought I had lost my gold ring here, so I went to security to look closely at my finger when I walked in and I was wearing it and when I walked out it appeared I was no longer. The security man looked at it while I was there and said he would look further into it but no update at all, could tell he didn’t care and wasn’t bothered. I actually found my ring anyway but definitely not very helpful.
Bunch of no brainers there, should've went to Kmart. They all stand in a group cuddling eachother and 30 minuetes before the store closes they close it early. And keep harassing you to leave the store when it's still early. Not everyone can come to the store at 12pm. Most of us work. And the stuff I was looking at was a pair and most of them mixed. Ended up grabbing the wrong stuff on a rush.do you's get paid to work to work or to jack eachother off?
I honestly don’t know how this store survives. The place is a mess and no one seems to care. I went in recently to price up fishing lines for kids. The fishing rods were all over the place, some were broken and others had their lines tangled in an around all the other rods. Two of the aisles were blocked by pallets of stock, and there is never anyone on the electronic area. Prices are missing and stock is all over the place and mixed up.
