Nice big warehouse with everything. Very clean, tidy and organized as well. You can see the staff work for their money. Friendly and helpful staff. Great experience shopping here
They have a pretty good range, and there's always parking nearby at any time of day. Stock can be hit or miss on some items though. The staff are friendly but seem understaffed, and the self-checkouts are awkwardly placed so it can get congested even when there aren't many people around.
Would choose NO star if that was an option ! Was at your store yesterday afternoon a Sunday and after selecting my item I proceeded to the check out. Not one check out open. I waited at one that didn't have a closed sign up, put my items on the counter after 5 mins of standing there wondering what was going on. A woman came over to tell me no checkouts were open and only self check out ! How rude. I said no I'm not using that and we're any checkouts going to open. Then some lad asked if I was using cash or cars and was told after saying card that he would help me use the self checkouts.. I said no and that this was ridiculous. Asked again if they were going to open a check out and she point blank said no... so I pushed my items away and said I the loudest voice I could how they are doing themselves out of a job and would be going to miter10 were customers were served to spend my money. I was totally disgusted and I will never shop at the warehouse again. The utter disrespect and arrogance of the staff and the lack of care for people who do not want to deal with self checkouts is totally disgusting. Since telling others they too have now decided to boycot the warehouse.. you are loosing custom with this move. No more warehouse shopping from this household until you can garrentee a manned checkout is open AT ALL TIMES !!! SORT IT OUT !!!
The store is tidy and most of the staff are friendly and helpful but when it comes to having someone look for something out the back when they say they have it in stock don't bother, best to do a click and collect.
