Had my delivery from MD Moving & Delivery, great guys, kept me informed about delivery date and time and when they would be here and then called on the day to confirm again and when they were 20 minutes out! Assembly was quick and rubbish taken away!! Awesome delivery guys! Better than my last delivery from Harvey Norman Pukekohe! Thanks MD!!!
Had some disappointing service. Ordered furniture in March and shipping has been delayed numerous times. Over 3 months now, when I ordered they said it would take 6 weeks. There’s been no communication and often I would be calling to get an update. They’ve told me my order would be here in a few days but when I called again they’ve said it could take another 6 weeks! I’ve been accomodating as it’s the shipping, but concerning that a business would be selling things that take 4-5+ months and indicating when I’ve purchased it 6 weeks! I have now cancelled my order. I’ve always been a Harvey Norman Customer and won’t be now given these delays and lack off communication. I don’t like posting negative feedback, but if you’re buying things be weary of lengthy delays. To Harvey Norman- please look at your business model I don’t think it’s fair that customers wait 4+ months for items, believing it could take 4-6 weeks.
She definitely knew her job but I found the sales lady quite pushy with the sales pitch. Even though I made it very clear about what I wanted, she continued to push the hard sell routine for extras I wasn't even interested in. My advice is go strong willed and with a plan.nTheir job or not, don't let them con you into buying extras you don't want and quite frankly don't need. Keeping it real.
Rude customer service by JK. Went to buy a sofa set and when questioned him why the furniture was making a squeaky sound. He said there was a way one should sit on the sofa and started yelling. So rude pathetic customer representative and service. Never going back again! Maybe the business is looking sales cause of their bad staff attitude towards customer. 0 stars!!!
Just came to the pukekohe store to get a new phone.... left very dissatisfied with the service at check out, young girl didn't even smile, look at me just told me the price, wrong price at that, when I questioned her the still didn't look at me, told me that was the price, I said no pointed to sign the she typed away at her computer and didn't respond I will not return!!ncome Harvey Norman... customer service is key. We all work hard for our money..... why don't your staff!!!!
