Went to Pukekohe Farmers today and was served by the absolutely lovely Lilly. She helped us price check an item that saved us over $70! She was so friendly and smiling. I haven't had this kind of service anywhere in a long time. Thank you Lilly your are a wonderful young lady :

I went recently to make some purchases. In case of beauty products, Shine helped me. She was calm and helpful while addressing my doubts. Really liked the service.
Store is tidy. Staff arnt always able to assist you for very long as they have fitting rooms to managed and need to return to counters to serve others. The staff are watched by managers not to talk for too long. I used to enjoy shopping here however not so much these days. There are some lovely staff however.
Witnessed shocking behaviour from an employee at farmers pukekohe a few weeks ago. I’ve read about this employee on facebook Franklin grapevine page but never thought I’ll witness her behaviour first hand. She’s a manager and her name was Karen, I managed to get a glimpse of her badge. She was yelling and totally disrespecting another employee to a point where she started crying. Next minute Karen is all bubbly and fine, she’s not ok. Similar behaviour I’ve read on the grapevine page. Karen is probably not suitable for retail. I got distracted and felt bad for the employee so I left without buying anything. I’m a regular customer and usually the staff is welcoming and happy to help with good customer service.
