My mother and I witnessed a worker by the name Amy in menswear department, squeezing a pimple on the back of her neck in the mirror as i was paying. This made me feel quite sick at the thought of her touching customers items with unclean hands. I have left the store feeling quite uncomfortable.
Brittany was amazing, out went out of her way to help me find the right product. This young lady has such a happy & bubbly personality. Hope she gets the recognition you well deserves.
Couldn't return a pillow I bought less than 3 hours earlier, still in the original packet. I understand hygiene hygienene is a concern but that's ridiculous.
My favorite Farmers across Auckland, I used to shopped in NorthShore, CBD, New Market,St Lukes, Westgate,Silvia Park,Manukau, botany, Papakura…but Pukekohe is my favorite!!!good services, very friendly helpful patience and always have a big smile on their faces, everyone of them I met in there are great! U can tell they like to work in there!
Team member 388293 knew I was struggling to get my package to my car parked at the entrance into the store as I am on crutches she took my keys and took the package to my car. Great help and much appreciated.
