I’ve had unpleasant experiences with a staff member named Tina in the perfume department at Farmers Pukekohe. She’s been rude and dismissive on more than one occasion, giving sarcastic responses and unfriendly looks. When I asked for help choosing a YSL perfume, her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I ended up leaving without buying anything because of her poor customer service.
My mother and I witnessed a worker by the name Amy in menswear department, squeezing a pimple on the back of her neck in the mirror as i was paying. This made me feel quite sick at the thought of her touching customers items with unclean hands. I have left the store feeling quite uncomfortable.
