My mother and I witnessed a worker by the name Amy in menswear department, squeezing a pimple on the back of her neck in the mirror as i was paying. This made me feel quite sick at the thought of her touching customers items with unclean hands. I have left the store feeling quite uncomfortable.
Brittany was amazing, out went out of her way to help me find the right product. This young lady has such a happy & bubbly personality. Hope she gets the recognition you well deserves.
Couldn't return a pillow I bought less than 3 hours earlier, still in the original packet. I understand hygiene hygienene is a concern but that's ridiculous.
