Can i just say Dave, Ashley, Alex and team are the best? Would love to compliment them for their patience and kindness to help me out with some important things. Can always count on them!! May the company give them their due credits : well done!!
I went to the shop around 9 to get some products and simply asked for some help to find some products that I couldn’t find. I asked an employee for help and was face by a bit of a mockery and discrimination for wasting his time, when I was just simply asking for a quick favour as he seemed finished with what he was doing. It wasn’t nice to feel on a Christmas Eve and same rudeness effect was in every employee making the atmosphere like it wasn’t a good store to shop at. This isn’t the only time I have face this kinda off issue with the Invercargill warehouse but for a few months. The employees have been really rude with how they should be treated their customers.
Horrible experience of a lady who probably works out the back of the store block entrance talking/helping to a customer and get very grumpy/rude at me for having to try and get around her and a empty pallet which id no idea was slightly jacked off the ground so I went over it . Other people also had to try and get around her and customer too in front of me. Please be polite to all customers and accept sometimes you might be wrong too. Maybe she could learn some lessons off other counter customer service staff prehaps!
Good quality stuffs in affordable price. If you don't wanna spend so much money on your purchase, then Warehouse might be an option for you. Can get everything for our living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Try this :
