Big store inside with lots of space to walk around. Easy to find things. Good range of items. Bought some warm clothes and they were good quality for the price. Clean store and friendly staff. Easy parking.

I was told by he security guard I had to leave my bag with him if I want to go inside.nI came here today to get a microfibre cloth, I've got value things in my bag so I'm not leaving it with a stranger, I was trying to spend money here too and I don't appreciate being treated like a thief.nnSo I'll go to Kmart or buy online
I literally love the fact you can browse the warehouse app and see what you want and purchase, then pick up pretty much the next day, there have been times when it was alot slower for the items to be ready for collection, but upon chatting online with the warehouse they were always very good and helpful, I have had to cancel items occasionally, due to not needing any longer because of the lateness and the wait, but again the warehouse did refund and also sent me a voucher code for my next purchase which was awesome! Thanks warehouse Invercargill.
Can i just say Dave, Ashley, Alex and team are the best? Would love to compliment them for their patience and kindness to help me out with some important things. Can always count on them!! May the company give them their due credits : well done!!
