Bought some items from here. Big store with lots of things like clothes, home stuff, toys, and kitchen items. Prices are cheap and good value. The store is clean and easy to walk around. Staff were helpful. Easy to find in the city and parking nearby. Good place for everyday shopping.
I have just left kmart invercargill. 12.19 pm sunday. My purchase is sitting on one of the unatended desks. People were looking fir assistance? Nowhere to be found. There are still people out there that do not like using automatic tellers etc as they do not answer any questions customers may have? I would rather wait and deal with a real person. I had 3 items to purchase. I will go back to Gore and deal with a real person. Should have done this first anyway. Radio Station Owner Gore
i love kmart and i found it easy to find what i wanted, my only concern is the lollies in the plastic jars. i’m concerned because they aren’t properly sealed, anyone could get into them and that’s worrying.nthe lady at checkout was helpful too
My family and I are big Kmart shoppers . Sadly times that I have had an issue with a faulty item or a return the staff esp the manager have been extremely rude and unhelpful . Everyone seems to say come back when manager is here can’t do tha she has to do it. People cannot just wait until a certain staff member happens to be working .Thry all seem to act dumb like they can’t do it.nnMore than one person should be able to do refunds and I know that they can . Being told no refund when I took back a faulty product and being made to feel so utterly bad while they carried on serving ppl and I stood there for half n hour this also was my second attempt I have had a lot of back surgeries so standing their feeling less than was no fun ,almost in tears I was so furious because they just didn’t care at all and refused to do the refund and kept saying no receipt no refund , tho I knew my rights in regards to faulty products and I had not long purchased this stick vac it is appalling !! Truely disgusting . Fobbed off to different staff members . Then I saw the female manager who treated me disgustingly . But this next episode tops it !!.nI also purchased a couple of Visa prezzy cards a week ago and used Afterpay as we had in the past before and didn’t realise things were changing .nA male staff member came over to me going on at me making me feel like a naughty child . I left and he chased me down stairs which I hadn’t realised as it wasn’t until we had started to drive off before I saw him looking around car park and I it made me wonder why .nHe then must have gone back to the till I used and done something to my purchase .nI have now been going back and forth with prezzy Kmart and Afterpay in regards to refunding the money . I was absolutely charged for the prezzy card , but the card never loaded or activated and hasn’t been able to be used . Back and forth wasted time and petrol and they totally don’t care and won’t come to a some type of resolution. Just saying they can’t and acting like it isn’t their problem . Prezzy have said it is them and Afterpay have sad it is then . They have my money but won’t refund it . Either replace and load a new card or refund it back to my Afterpay account . Al I get is brick wall after brick wall . Afterpay pay the merchant then we pay Afterpay off.nSo Kmart has my money . This happens every time there is a refund issue with this store . They be so rude to you .nnI want my money Kmart Invercargill .nMaybe try not being so rude !. Just resolve the issue and move on . It isn’t your own persona income .
Feelin let down by a recent interaction. Looking for a colour of towel that wasn't on the shelf, asked for assistance and the young girl went to check stock, but never came back. Huh, you don't leave a customer just waiting ! Always easy to get parking and the store is always pretty clean which is to their credit
