Bought some items from here. Big store with lots of things like clothes, home stuff, toys, and kitchen items. Prices are cheap and good value. The store is clean and easy to walk around. Staff were helpful. Easy to find in the city and parking nearby. Good place for everyday shopping.
Feelin let down by a recent interaction. Looking for a colour of towel that wasn't on the shelf, asked for assistance and the young girl went to check stock, but never came back. Huh, you don't leave a customer just waiting ! Always easy to get parking and the store is always pretty clean which is to their credit
Absolute horrible experience there. Have been to Kmart a lot of times and was uncomfortable the whole time I was there with my sisters and mother. Staff couldn't keep their eyes off us the whole time and even got some other poor staff worker who was lovely to pretend to fold clothes while looking directly in our stall! She even got one of the security guards to look over the shelves at us while we were picking out clothes. Be ashamed!
I had a very good experience when returning an item, very helpful staff. Some of aisles a bit squishy especially when staff leave boxes and trolleys. Minused one star because of this.
Kmart sells basic clothes, teeshirts, underwear, shirts, trousers, homewares, manchester etc. Lots of parking in the mall & is easily assesible.
