I had a very good experience when returning an item, very helpful staff. Some of aisles a bit squishy especially when staff leave boxes and trolleys. Minused one star because of this.
It's a really good place. It has a wide range of different useful things. The staff are really helpful.Can find many daily use items at a reasonable price tag. Bed spread and fleece area is really a must check area as winter is on.Overall this is an AMAZING store.
Was buying clothes with my daughter and folding them before bagging so they didn’t get screwed up. Indian dude kept treating us like criminals. Even after he checked the items & what was scanned he stood over us. I asked if he was ok & he glared at me without answering. Indian men don’t treat women or girls well, why tf would u hire them
Better prices than Warehouse, 2hrs free parking, snack bars and public toilets. Super helpful staff especially Janey
The level they suspect you of stealing at the Invercargill store is offensive. I couldn’t make my purchase after such a horrible interaction and the manager made it clear that she did not care about losing the sale.
