Had such a positive experience buying furniture here. We just moved into a 4 bedroom house and owned zero furniture, so we purchased every single piece of furiture and whiteware needed online at Harvey Norman during the King's Birthday Sale. Got great deals for high quality furniture. As it was a large order and we wanted it all delivered on our move-in day, Caitlyn reached out to us and organised everything ensuring that everything arrived on move in day. She was in communication with us throughout the whole process and helped us add things to the order and kept us updated on the delivery timings. One of the nightstands didn't come with a drawer knob and she shipped us a spare drawer knob immediately. Overall incredible customer service and we honestly love everything we bought from there!
Highly recommend David in the bedding department for great customer service, product knowledge and patience with answering many questions. During the Boxing Day Sale he offered a fantastic deal on a Sealy KS trundler bed and headboard, which made them affordable. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and huge savings. Thanks David.
