The Vital Bowl

Pita Pit was nice up until we seen a bird fly in, stand in the food trays eat bits and fly back out the door again. The bird made several trips in and out so obviously a regular. Lady behind the counter swooped it away once and then just ignored it. Even seen the bird sh*ting in the reastraunt and as flying around. I'd hate to think it had sh*t in the food! Quite the food safety Hazzard! Highly recommend you go somewhere else!

Very slow staff given it wasn’t busy. After waiting 10mins after ordering was told they are out of Gluten Free wraps. This is the second time this has happened. Please update your system. Won’t be coming back

If you want a quick meal, don’t come here lol. Even with minimal customers, it’s still a 20+min wait for one pita… first one I got was great but the second had all the sauce at one end and all the falafel at the other. Some more training wouldn’t go amiss I think, it’s a quiet shop customers shouldn’t have to wait so long. I have also been told to order at the screen when I didn’t want to, as it take 2-3 min just to fill out the order form.

Very Poor Food safety training with the staff, my food was left sitting on the stainless steel bench which bacteria likes to sit on if anyone with basic food safety training should know. As a result had bad stomach cramps and went to the toilet multiple times. Auckland council needs to review this place.

Usually I am a fan of Pita Pit - their pitas and their salad bowls - but Parnell Pita Pit is just sad. Service was slow and what you finally received was usually a small pile of lettuce with some sauce if you were lucky! One person didn’t know the menu so had a tablet in front of her reading it between adding pinches of each item, once done she was told the bowl was too empty so added a handful of lettuce to the top to fill the space. If it was just once it might be ok but it was 4 times! It wasn’t worth my time or money - thank god I’m on a diet so remaining hungry is the point.

Quality ingredients, good service and great flavour profile! This is the place to go for lunch in Parnell Village! 5/5 service

I am too lazy to write a review, but the service at Pita Pit Aukland has compelled me to write this. I am in Aukland for the first time. I was almost starving today and entered into Pita pit for food. The Girl Priyanka attending customers at Pita Pit was humble, and her customer-centric approach made me fond of this Pita Pit. The food was delicious, and the customer service was fabulous. I'll suggest everyone visit this place once if you are in Aukland

Service was good but the way pita was made was really bad. Previous staff used to make really good pita. Not spreading & adding the vegetables properly adding it in one corner of the pita. So not that good food experience.

Great team and salad was yum. Hardly take 10minutes.

Bad hygiene measures in place for preparing food. Telling staff to not do that results in a laugh. Lets see what we get from this food. Bunch of pigs cant keep the place clean nor treat customers with respect. Clean up you act or clean shop and do some other work.
