Popped in for lunch on a whim, as we always go to the same places in Martinborough so keen to try something different.nnThe kitchen was only doing platters and pizza so we decided on the platter.nnOverall - a bit hit and miss, the pickled cauliflower was great and there was a decent amount of bread and meats ham is straight up sliced from a pack tho… however, there was just something missing.nnIt felt a bit dry as the only dip was hummus and while the fejjoa chutney was nice, it didn’t tie everything together and was overpowering in flavour so didn’t want to have it with everything.nnThe amount of cheese was a bit sad. An abundance of salad but again - no dressing or anything to carry it into flavourtown. Would come back for a glass of wine but skip the food next time.
A fantastic spot for lunch with my team.nExcellent pizzas, and beautiful wine in the sunshine. Highly recommend.
We went for an evening drink and it was really good. We sat outside near the vineyards and it was very beautiful.nnWe had the platter with cheese, mushrooms, meat and veggies which was good for 6 of us with vines and pizza.
We went with our adult kids and had a really lovely lunch with a great rose bubbles and craft beer. The service was excellent. We'd definitely go again :
Awesome vineyard and cafe to visit in Martinborough. Customer service was top notch. Really friendly and helpful yet gave us enough space enjoy our meals and time.nLunch was super delicious and well worth every single penny paid for.nTasted five vines and loved all of them. Definitely visit again if we come back to Martinborough.
