I'm going to base this on my last 3 visits, when I come down I stock up on juice and pods, felt very unwelcome, 2 male staff were happier on laptop and phones, I felt I was putting them out! No loyalty card given or asked for. No thankyou no nothing. My last visit was $240.00 I paid and couldn't get out quick enough.
Poor experience. Family member bought a gift card online and was told to go in and collect. When they did, they were told someone else had already collected gift card. Despite showing verification of payment, store would not provide a refund when they gave the gift card to the wrong person. $50 down the drain. Won’t buy from here again.
Great service, great prices, the best vape shop in Dunedin!!
