Popped in today with a tricky request and the awesome pink-haired assistant was incredibly helpful, patient and kind! She went above and beyond to find what I was looking for and offered alternatives which were better. Best vape shop in NZ!

Went in as a novice re vaping. Both guys were extremely helpful and not a full on sales pitch. Sam asked about needs habits etc and finds exactly what you need. Having a promo on pods etc helped too. Top shop and top advice. Highly recommended

Good rating for selection, though struggle to get more plain flavours in lower nicotine content. Staff is less pretentious than most vape shops.. I don't know why that's so ubiquitous at these places!

I enjoy going into this shop. The staff are friendly and have a great selection of eliquid flavours. Cannot thank them enough for the time they've spent helping me work out my flavour preferences and one of the few places I can get The Milkman range of Max VG products.

John was so awesome and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and patient and is happy to help out with anything. Best customer service I have had or seen in a long time. Will definitely be taking my business to The Vape Shop again. Thanks so much.

Consistently some of the worst customer service I've ever received.  Plain wrong recommendations,absurd pricing, more interest in chatting with friends than helping customers. And a store full of people vaping illegal and no one likes fifteen flavours all mixed together. Got stuck going in there last week, and nothing has improved.

From the moment I first walked in a few weeks ago being the annoying customer who probably chats too much the staff have treated me with excellent customer service every time and are clearly very passionate. Had a malfunction with my caliburn while away and as soon as I got back they sorted me out with a replacement. Cracking stuff! They now have a very loyal customer in me.
