Great staff and great food. This was our first time trying yo sushi, the service speed is insane, they have a conveyer belt set up that brings the food direct to your table. There are plenty of staff in the kitchen and on cleanup, they are easily reachable if you need assistance. We ordered through the app and found it very easy and straight forward. Felt a little strange ordering fries at a sushi place.. But they were insane! There is some kind of sauce they put in the fries that tastes amazing! Def reccomend it! Went 2 days in a row because it was such a nice place! Didn't book either time, but if you're thinking of going on a weekend I'd reccomend to book. you have to book at least 24 hours in advanced
B.C. cabbage! Thank-you very much for trying to food poison your customers You should send your whole team to specsavers or we can bring our own cabbage next time?
I saw a lot of chain restaurants and they were MC Donald's , Pizza Hut , Pizza Express , Nandos and American Diner apart from the food aspect there were a lot of shops to go shopping It was an absolutely fantastic place for shopping for friends and family.Food: 5/5
Overpriced and not as much fun as it used to be. I understand the reasons for not having random plates pass by on a conveyor but that was a big part of YO! Sushi's charm. Now it's just another eatery reliant on QR codes and apps. The soul seems to have been sucked out of it. Of course the food is still good. It is more expensive than it should be but I wouldn't mind paying extra if the experience was worth it. Sadly, it simply isn't any longer.
Used to eat here a lot. The staff have been and still are great. Food is good. Unfortunately for the price we ordered Katsu curry, beef teriyaki, a mixed platter consisting of 12 pieces of sushi and one coke at a cost of £45! it's not the fun experience it was once. The food is only placed on the conveyor after you order on the app. Part of the experience used to be being able to see dishes travel round and try something you might not have thought about trying. Definitely not as good as it used to be :
The staff were attentive but were VERY in demand as the WiFi had gone down and no-one could order via the app. I do find it bizarre that this is the main way of ordering now at YO! Sushi. Myself and two boys were looked after very well though and the food was lovely as always. There was disappointment when we realised the YO!nuts were out of stock for my one son but he was able go find something else go enjoy. I'm unsure where the brand itself is trying to take itself though as it seems so far from what it used to be and it's almost lost it's appeal which is such a shame as it was always such fun to go to YO! Kid-friendliness: No sashimi options on the new kids bento box meals which is a shame.
I’ve been there today, the restaurant was not busy, the manager/receptionist was sitting didn’t even care to come and welcome guests just shout if the guests new how everything works. Had my sit at the counter… regretted that for everything that I saw the staff doing. First one lady that was going to break came to the kitchen area with her hai down, jacket etc Second apparently a “chef” arrived, came to wash his hands… without soap just passed the hands in the water, yuck!!! Following this very good food and higiene manners he started to wash the frying pans the same way he washed his hands but now with the sponge that was inside de sink with food and loads of food waste! GROSS By this time and couldn’t order or eat anything else there. After all this came another lady to fill the soy sauce glass with a jug that was with a clingy film not suspicious at all!!! Sad I can’t post vídeos with this rating, otherwise you all could see the amazing higiene
Went for a birthday lunch - the COVID19 arrangements were explained and the ordering process and paying on-line was easy to use and worked well. The light system showing when our food was ready was a bit hit and miss, but didn't detract from the meal. Food was hot, enjoyable depending on your tastes of course!... personally the korean Street chicken is a winner

Love this place the food is amazing, when we've been the wheelchair space is usually empty so no waiting time. You can't book a table it's line up and wait. The food is gorgouse, so tasty my favourite would have to be the Crunchy California Roll . Been many times and usually it's the same staff we meet each time, cheerful and happy, there always willing to help if you don't understand or need to order somthing new. The way the food is made can be a bit difficult to reach from your wheelchair as it's to high and to far away, I would love to be able to grab the food myself. Toilets are the main west quay ones, so no problem there as long as no line.
