I am so impressed with Nigel's customer service I just had to write a review. If only everyone in retail these days was this friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I stopped in with my son to buy some new shoes for school yesterday and Nigel greeted us at the door, introduced himself and engaged so nicely with my son, even my 9 year left the store impressed!
