Frontrunner - Northlands

Wouldn't recommend going there on a late Sunday afternoon, the two children behind the counter clearly couldn't care less about customer service and didn't acknowledge me until I approached the counter after some time of searching for what I wanted, then essentially dismissed me without taking any time to understand what I was looking for. I went to a different store and spent a few hundred dollars there instead after they actually assisted me. If 10 people did the same that would be a few thousand dollars of lost revenue for your store.

We were recommended this store as the place to go for football gear and were not disappointed. We were so well looked after by the staff and will absolutely be back for future purchases.

They have the latest products, great technical advice, outstanding service and couldn’t recommend them enough. Anything you’re after in the space of sports - they’ll have a solution. Competitive deals too!

I ordered some shoes Sunday night, arrived Tuesday morning in Auckland! From one end of the country to the other! So fast. Packed well and sent with care. Thanks so much!

I found the service at Northlands Frontrunner to be excellent. I live in the North Island and was looking to buy some new football boots. Northland Frontrunner had what I needed. I spoke to the team on the phone, who talked me through the different models of boot I was interested in. I bought a pair for my son and myself. Both pairs were sent quickly, my son was very happy with his. I had to return mine for a bigger size, this was done without any hassle whatsoever. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience!

The best football shop in Christchurch NZ. Hands down.

My son's football boots developed a hole after only light usage for summer 5 a side football. We went in to buy a new pair, but the salesperson said that they should have lasted a lot longer than they did. So we brought them back with proof of purchase and they replaced them with new boots! Laurie knows his gear and he looks after his customers.

Went in for new training shoes. A lovely girl served me, and helped me pick the right shoe for my gym classes. So full of knowledge, and excellent service. Thankyou!

worst customer service I have ever received. Bought a t-shirt from here went down to Stirling sports and it was $15 cheaper. When I went back to return the item I was very polite and the staff member said to me he would only be doing it once and that it was a fair price to pay. They had ripped the $40 price tag off and put there own $55 tag on the item. Not only was this guy rude to me he them started slamming the efpos unit around on the counter intimidating me and my children. I will never return to this shop.

Very disappointed, I went in to the store today intending to spend $300 on a few items that I liked however I was unable to try anything on for size as they have three changing rooms but only one thats actually operational as the other two were full of what looked to be stock the one changing room available is used between two stores as the store next door also use the same changing room for there customers. I ended up leaving and thought I would come back in 30mins which I did but once again was unable to use the changing room as there were still people lined up waiting disappointed and won't be back
