I'm here right now... WOW! We've been traveling for over 90 days, changing hotels every 1-3 days and this hotel stands out as one of the very best. It's beautifully designed, the bed is as good as it gets, there is a kitchenette at least in the Executive Suites, and they have provided thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is so well equipped I'm making a pasta dinner right now... a welcome feeling of normal after being away from home for so long. The premises is spotlessly clean inside and out, and there is a convenient laundry room on site. The owners are friendly and helpful. It really is an impressive experience.
Wow! What a great place and such awesome people who run it. Cherie and Dave are so helpful. From the moment I first called to book, they were so helpful. Rooms are immaculate, service is excellent, location is right near the city so for our family of 4, it's been the perfect option. The room is is kitted with all you need to make most food in the appartment. Thanks Sails. You've done great. For others considering Sails, Just do it!
We LOVED staying here. Top class accommodation. Fabulous friendly hosts. Super clean units with all the facilities you need and more. The most comfy bed. Only regret is we couldn’t stay longer.
What a lovely stay. You can really feel the warmth and attention to detail from the propreietors, something you don't normally get from large chain hotels. Room beautifully presented, thoughtful touches such as loose leaf tea, fresh milk. In fact we got food delivery for our dinner as we preferred the comfort of our room and sat out on the balcony to enjoy. As this was the last place we stayed before flying out of the country the super fast wifi was much appreciated to download some content for the flights. Feel confident in booking here. You will enjoy.
You are in SUCH good hands staying here while traveling Nelson!! The host is wonderful and so helpful with anything questions, guidance you need. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in and it’s a minutes walk from the center of town. Would recommend 10/10.
This is how you care for guests. Beautifully appointed rooms. Extra towels already in the room. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Real coffee. Pods and plunger, real tea and real milk. Excellent staff. Some big hotels could learn a lot here. 6 stars from me. Thankyou!Rooms: 5/5

Amazing! Beautifully appointed rooms, immaculately kept! Manager waited up for our late, last minute booking, was super friendly and helpful. Modern Qaulity furnishings, comfy bed, great linen, centrally located and small conveniences like wireless fast charger by the bed. Best and yet cheapest of our stays in the South Island to date.
Extremely nice experience, very clean and roomy. Staff were very helpful. Good location, and nice view off our two balconies. Would definitely stay here again.
