Very Friendly welcome by Tracy, professional and customer service excellent. Took me to my studio unit entered checked and explained re coffee teas milk etc available, turned the heater on before leaving room. Couple of on the pillow, plus some mints in a dish. Pillows , bed, ambience a pleasure to have stayed there. I will go back, unfortunately I hadn't been there before. Handy to retail shops restaurants and cafes etc Well done
Excellent location close to city centre. Rooms clean and well appointed. King size bed massive and really comfortable! Definitely rate this place and would happily stay again.Rooms: 5/5

Lovely clean & tidy place close to places so you can walk. Will definitely stay here again when we come again to Nelson.
Excellent and good value for money. We needed an extra night in Nelson and managed to get one here . We took the two bedroom apartment and loved it. Perfect for our needs. Very friendly owner/managers. Great location to town , only about 100 yards away. If we go back to Nelson this is where we will stay.
I spent 2 nights here in Jan, absolutely lovely hosts and staff. Nice spacious rooms, very clean. Fudge on the bed on arrival. Cookietime, milk and plenty choices of teabags, was just the pickup I needed after the 5 hour drive. Ample parking inside the motel and walking distance to the shops
Lovely stay at Cedar Grove. Managers are just wonderful, we weren’t able to arrive due to flooding on the first night and they were very understanding and helpful. Situated close to town, able to walk everywhere. Rooms are very clean, awesome facilities including spa bath. Also complementary cookies and Milo were . Only downside was aircon was slightly noisy but didn’t need to use as room was warm. Would definitely stay again!
Very accommodating. We where to stay for two nights in the Xmas rush but decided to stay for 3 they just moved things around to work. Was a very tidy rood with spa. Air-conditioned rooms for the warmer months. All around very good Thanks
Booked this place through booking.com was then told our check in time was to late which was understandable as we were coming up from chch. We rung them and explained that there was no way possible for us to make it any earlier to which was agreed to cancel our booking on there end. To the next day they still take the payment out. Have tried ringing to talk to someone about getting a refund or some compensation to be told to go through booking.com then for them to tell us to go though the motel to get our refund. Have tried everything to get in touch with you guys about everything but to no avail. Would not recommend booking with them. Definitely won’t be staying here in the near future
Ceder Grove absolutely deserves this high rating, this place won't dissapoint for location, cleanliness and all the lovely trimmings you'd want for a stay in sunny Nelson. Lovely products to use in the bathrooms and did mention how spotless this place is!! Perfect!Rooms: 4/5
