I've just joined Invictus and straight away was welcomed warmly by the staff. They were very helpful answering questions and took the time to orientate me around the gym. Awesome support and great facilities. Miles better than any other local gyms and great value for money

The best gym!!! Been a member for over a month and love going here...Steve and the guys are always friendly and greeting you with a smile. Place is clean and tidy, you can get some serious gains here .....There is also a physiotherapist onsite.

What an awesome Gym !  I have always struggled getting onto the fitness track and I have tried many different places and experiences. The team at this gym was just the right one to help me get on the right track towards my life.  Especially, Steve, who I have the honour of having as my personal trainer. His guidance, experience, support and understanding have helped me change my life for the better.  Previously I could barely be motivated to lose a kilo but in 6 weeks I had lost nearly 6KGs! Thanks to the team working here.  Highly recommend this gym, especially working with Steve who can help you in your fitness journey the way he has helped me.

Best gym ever! I just love how much equipment there is and whenever I need a workout, I know where to go to.

Great gym, been going here for years now. New owners Fawad and Kim are really turning this place around with tons of new better equipment, fresh paint job and other changes. They always say hello and ask how your day is going when you come in, and you can always rely on Steve for a good yarn and some training pointers. I have several gyms way closer to my home but I keep coming here for a reason!

The Strong Factory is the best gym I've been to by a long shot. The equipment is awesome and Dan and the team are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It's real easy staying motivated when you have an environment like this to train in.  Thanks Strong Factory, you're the biz!!

Absolute best gym ever. This place is run by amazing people, has super kind, knowledgeable and helpful trainers, the members are so friendly too. I used to dislike going to other gyms because of all the staring and judgement but this gym is nothing like that, it's just welcoming and friendly. Plus dogs are allowed. It's basically Christmas every day there  cannot recommend this place enough!!

I've tried a few gyms over the years but none really seemed to stick. This gym is pretty unique, they've got all the gear you'll need ain't no body got time for treadmills but more importantly the other members are ace - you become mates, you all have a laugh and then support each other while you're all hitting max lifts. Since joining Strong Factory in October 2014 I've become the strongest and most confident I've been in my life. I'm hitting some big lifts that I definitely wouldn't have at other gyms. If you're wanting to become the strongest version of yourself I cannot recommend Dan and the crew at Strong Factory enough.

BEST. GYM. EVAAA!  Highly recommend to anyone who is keen on an open friendly environment. Staff are down to earth & there’s definitely a sense of family in the gym. Best part is the sweet tunes, highlighted by visits from Rambo the owners English Bulldog!!! All round GREAT place to work out!

What an incredible gym!!  Great facility, everything that you could possibly want or need.  Very cheap, with no contracts.  Staff are fantastic, and some very,very talented personal trainers.  Great gym for all people, achieving any goals u have!! If u havent been in for a look yet,  go now!!
