We chose this place because we had read that it was excellent... But the reality exceeded our expectations! The food is very good. Alessandro, the chef, is superb, and all the staff are courteous and kind. The green mussels are special; we had the mussel pot with a bit of everything, the calamari, and two desserts... The cheesecake and ice cream are delicious! The local wine is also excellent! We will recommend everyone to come here and make a stop!
We were passing through and decided to pop in for lunch. We got the mussel pot and enjoyed the different ways the mussels were served. The cold mussels and ones that had a vinegar-y sauce/marinade were my favourite, especially the latter. That really whet my appetite. The fried mussels were a hit as well. We also ordered the calamari which was ok. The creme brulee was delicious. It's a lovely spot for lunch.

Beautiful food. Had the mussels with Thai green curry and was a delicous, warming meal paired well with the tasty house savvy b. Would visit again!
Fresh, large and tasty! Go with the platter for 2. It was so good I finished it myself. Great variety of all the ways they prepare the mussels. Fried, white wine cream sauce, bbq’d 3 ways, marinated, smoked, and even done in croquettes. Very pleased and happily filled.
