I recently stayed here and found it to be quiet, clean and welcoming. My room was big and the bed was very comfy! I had a shower over a bath, which is not to everyone's liking, but im aware this is not in all rooms. The shower had good pressure and the water was hot.nWe were well looked after at breakfast which offered continental and cooked. The young man that was consistently in the hotel,was both cook and cleaner! He was very helpful, attentive, and chatty, as can be said about the man on reception, he made us feel very welcome.nThe meal one night that we had at Sasa, the in house restaurant, was delicious!nThey just have to sort out their billing system, it was very confusing.
Nice comfy bed, the rain shower was lovely! Big spacious room.nI really liked the accessibility features, like the accessibility room and someone in a wheelchair could easily have a comfortable stay and be able to move around.nThe balcony was NOT worth the extra money at all. Unless you're a smoker don't bother. You're just looking out to a car park, it's not private and there's no view.nThe service was average to be honest especially in the morning. It said breakfast was served from 7am til 9am so I thought coming at 8-8.15 would be ok but seems it wasn't. The young guy made me a coffee but it was undrinkable and went straight in the bin.nNight time the staff member was pleasant but seemed like he had more important things to do. There was no mention of any facilities in the hotel and there was no food options with the restaurant being closed.
Absolutely outstanding stay! The staff here are bloody amazing!! Genuinely some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve come across. I travel a lot for work, and this place is by far the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Despite being surrounded by some well-known branded hotels, I’m so glad I chose this one. It has exceeded all expectations, so much so that I’ve extended my stay for a few more days. Everything is spotless, comfortable, and just really well done. Highly recommend!
Exceptional staff, very clean and well appointed rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to all. I was very impressed and will definitely return. Thank you to the staff that went above and beyond to make for a wonderful experience.
Nice reception, upgraded me to king room just on chatting!. Rooms a bit dated but comfy. Restaurant there but didnt use, good value for money, lovely memory foam beds.
