Very comfortable room.nFood for breakfast was excellent and worth trying.nBed very soft and wife said I didn’t snore or turn so much. Will check on bed brand for our future mattress replacement.nPleasant staff that are great.
A special mention to Lorraine who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, so good we stayed an extra night. Thank you for your amazing service. The hotel was super well appointed, comfortable and in a great location and Sasa Restaurant attached was some of the best and authentic Japanese we’ve had. We’ll be back.
I think this is the second best bed I have slept on whilst traveling for work. Very nice room. No hot chocolate but besides that, amazing stay.
Nice spot, has an issue with parking at times, rooms are OK and comfortable, if a little dated. Has an amazing Asian fusion restaurant attached called SaSa. Can highly recommend them.
Had to make a last minute booking due to ferry delays, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room had recently been redecorated and was very nice.
