We specialise in european breads with a strong focus on Sourdoughs and european baking.
Also available are homemade sausages (Bratwurst Thueringer Art), Sourkraut, German Mustard and Liverpate and a small selection of locally produced Delicatessen which tickle our fancy because they are like our products: free of preservatives, additives, artificial flavours or colourings.
Being a cafe as well we serve Coffee and Tea inhouse or to take away. A fridge with cold beverages caters for the very thirsty but also cold and delicious are locally and organically grown Elderberry Sparkling and our Thickshakes and Iced Coffee. Instead of syrups we use real ingredients.
We believe in old fashioned handmade food as close to its natural state as possible.
