The Franklin

Place is good the only annoying thing are those flies flying and diving around your food while you eat. Pork belly still has lingering smell and bit dry. The tostadas has that fresh and clean taste from the mango salsa and jalapeño&lime. My boys like both burgers the chicken and beef so I guess its good. Their fries the way I liked it

Nice and tidy. Today 2/Ape/2022 on the day of my visit, they were short staff due to covid. Was not crowded much either. So, had no issue though short staff. But, had limited menus to select from. Infact, I had to go with a second choice. If I happen to get a delayed service, then that could have been understandable. But I dnt know why I had to go with a second choice. Washroom is clean but needs some work to be done with the big sink by the mirror. Outdoor seating available. Place is nice and tidy. Staff was hospitable. Asked for a feedback on food which was really good. Yes a good experience overall. Offers alcoholic drinks, non alcoholic drinks, seafood, vegetarian stuff, pizzas etc unless a day like today.

The meal was excellent and their in house burger was amazing. Service was very slick and friendly. Plenty of parking.I would recommend & go again. The only minor complaint was the flies buzzing around us but it was a hot day with doors wide open.

Very nicely decorated place. Kind and professional service. Great salads. Nice menu selection. Pizza is delicious, however mine got burned corners and ingredients were all in middle. Definitely good place to eat if you travel around. I will visit again.

My fiance & I had our engagement party at The Franklin on 11/3/23. We along with our families & friends were absolutely blown away with the beautiful venue as well as the quality of service & delicious food. From the prompt email replies & answering all questions leading up to the event, to the incredible above-&-beyond service during the event - we could not be happier & more grateful. A spontaneous stop for dinner and exceeded all expectations. Food was amazing and so was the service. Martin, went above and beyond and the birthday surprise was a real treat. Thank you for a great night.

We were in today for a family lunch, 4 adults with children so a large amount was spent. I ordered the BBQ Ribs, and they were really unpleasant! The ribs were the toughest meal that i have ever had from anywhere before. I informed a staff member that they were awful and dry. I couldn't eat them & decided to take them home to slow cook for 2hrs, and they were no better. Please remind the kitchen staff to taste what they are providing. I would have preferred to email Franklin's directly, but there was no email available on your website.

It was a last minute decision and Wow, did we make the right choice! My sister and I enjoyed a great dinner with desert! The small plates were divine and fabulous desert! Thanks to Martin and Staff who treated us so well and my sister and I were treated to something special to celebrate her birthday!!!! Thank you so much!!!

I had my 21st at the Franklin in beachlands. They were amazing, they let me decorate and accommodate to me, they also had a DJ on as well which made the night 10 times better! The food was amazing. Everyone who came said that they enjoyed it.

We come here often and are always impressed by the ambience, food and service. Highly recommend the Poke Bowl Salmon and Prawns and the Chicken Caesar Salad. Steak night on Friday also something to diary in regularly… Richard does a great job and the team are very cool.. great value, great food, great atmosphere and our LOCAL
