I call to book my appointment with Doctor Lee today as I’ve been her patient for the last two years, a unprofessional receptionist Ann answer my call and asking a-lot of questions as if I was been interrogated. Very poor service from Ann.

I definitely recommend Dr. Janice Lee! She is very loving and caring especially for my mental health and for my son well being so far. She listen and she very carefully take care of our cases and short it quickly. I've casually go for some GP in Auckland for my son and myself until I am enrolled with her. I never felt been heard with doctor like Dr. Janice Lee. So 5 stars is for her of course. Thank you doctor for helping us so far.

Im not quite happy with the experience with the doctor, specifically dr Janice lee. My partner and I noticed how judgmental the doctor is, it’s disappointing. We are young parents with a little baby girl and the doctor had the audacity to ask our age and would talk in a tone to my partner and i.  the staff and nurse were nice, i really felt welcomed but this was the first time i did not feel comfortable with a doctor. really disappointed.

You have to pay when Pregnant , also they wouldn't see my 4 year daughter old because of a small bill I owed. The lady their was looking at my daughter like she had covid  which she didn't  and was fast to push her out door. Took her to a hospital instead and found 3 things wrong  . Which I been to Massey doctors 4 times & they didn't fine nothing but were quick to push her out the door  . Bad service & not child friendly either . I though pregnancy & children were free ?

I have been a patient at Massey Medical for over 16 years. Dr Jane and Dr Stuart have provided top quality medical care for myself and three children  and to date they have been spot-on every time. Dr Jane really listens and I never feel fobbed off or forgotten about. Receptionists and nurses are awesome, friendly and professional. A great suburban practice where I never feel judged or leave the practice questioning their decisions.

Ignorant receptionists, made my mum cry because Leandra didnt 1 acknowledge she was there or call her name out, 2 gaslited my mum into thinking she was crazy and also treating her as a foreigner who can't speak english when she has been here 25+ plus years in New Zealand. We live in a new society now, hire people who aren't ignorant or racist. This isn't just Massey, almost every doctor place me or my family have been to is extremely racist towards Asian people especially after the pandemic. I've never been so disappointed in a space where they are suppose to take care of their patients. Disgusting.

This Doctors is a verygood service.It has some service issues but under the circumstances.This doctors is fairly fair.It needs to sort its chemist personal out and its doctors surgery.and its doctors and receptionist.

Dr Rachel Appleby has been my GP for 16 years. I have found her to be caring, understanding, reassuring and professional. She goes the extra mile. Would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent family doctor.

I have been going to Joy Stevens at Massey Medical center for approximately 6 years and have found her to be One of the most competent doctors and GPs I have know . I work as  a nurse  so see a lot of Doctors in practice. I appreciate the way Joy has a friendly approachable manner and is Up to date. She  is astute in following up on conditions , medical care and referring on. I would recommend her and the other Doctors in this clinic to anyone looking for a  general practitioner  they can trust and who will give then competent thorough ongoing care.  Cheryl

I wish it was possible to give a negative review as Dr Monk and his wife Dr Renwick deserve that. Six years ago I attended Massey Medical Centre with a mouth ulcer. It went on too long but they said it was just a mouth ulcer. For two years I had this 'mouth ulcer' even though it was causing pain in my ear and swelling in my tongue but I was still told it was just a mouth ulcer. I felt dismissed and disregarded so changed doctor only to find that the 'ulcer' was by then grade 4 cancer and I needed to have my entire tongue removed and replaced with a slab of abdominal flesh.  It has taken five years of battle with ACC but all the facts and reports show that Massey Medical Centre had ample opportunity to monitor the ulcer and had they done so could have detected the change to cancer. I have now been granted a treatment injury and compensation although it can never replace my tongue or compensate for the four surgeries, stress and heartbreak I have been through. My advice is, if in doubt seek a second opinion or better still go somewhere else in the first place.
