I absolutely love this Yoga studio. I have noticed weight loss and I’m toning up. And it’s helped me bring clarity and calmness to my mind. Thank you Stacy for being there and guiding me through the practice.
Dancing Vishnu is a welcoming yoga studio that makes everyone feel at ease - even a middle aged man like me, new to the practice. Classes cater for beginners through to experienced yogis to work at their own pace. The studio is in a quiet location, easy to get to with plenty of parking, and Stacy is a friendly and fun instructor.
Dancing Vishnu has to be the best yoga studio in Auckland. Slow Flow is the perfect class after a long day to de-stress, loosen up and feel calm and happy. Give it a try, no pressure, no need to wear fancy clothes, no judgements, just a relaxaing and fun place to be.
