Awesome carpark. 2$ for the first 2 hours is just perfect as I always end up in city centre for short times. The location is on point and it has seven floor so, even in busy times, I have never got the chance to see it entirely full. Recommend
Nice place to park. Price is very reasonable. It is connected to the shops. Nice layout and very convenient.
Amazing experience. Reasonable parking prices, carparks easy to find with lights telling you what was avalible and what's not. A bit busy when we left, still deserves the 5 stars though.
Extremely rude staff. The young man working on the 5 June 2024, around 4-6pm was extremely rude, disrespectful, and was having a power trip. I witnessed him being extreme rude to a couple of young adults, without any reason, they were being respectful, understanding, and were not doing anything wrong. They definitely did not deserve that disrespect, as they did nothing wrong and were paying customers. I suggest in the future reminding your staff that they aren’t police officers, and simply below mall cop standards. They may need some additional training to be respectful and understanding citizens. Personally, I would rather pay 5x the amount to park somewhere else, than to witness/experience that level of rudeness and disrespect towards anyone.
