The parking is fine, but their policy regarding refunds on pre-booked parking due to flight cancellations is blatantly unfair. I booked an overnight stay, arrived at the airport, but my flight was cancelled due to 'engineering' with no possibility of getting there the same day. Cancelled my trip and exited the carpark just over an hour later, and emailed them later requesting at least a partial refund. I was told no, and was just referred to their policy of needing to cancel 6 hours earlier. Clearly that wasn't possible in the circumstances. Anyone using the pre-book option to try to save a bit of money risks getting ripped off if their flight is cancelled.
Too many people WAITING at 12.15am. I hope they were all ticketed. They were parked and waiting and there were NOT that many people coming out.nnReally disappointing when there’s a dedicated waiting area 30-45 seconds away.
Just used the pick up drop off. Well sign posted. Easy to navigate. Plenty of parking spaces for a quick drop off.
Good park but $20 for 90 mins
A tad confusing choosing between collection and carpark clearer signage would fix that right up..
