System works but shows little concern for the plight of customers. We arrived back on a delayed flight from Australia last night in the wee hours of the morning. It was cold and wet and poor visibility. Unfortunately there was no shuttle for us when we finally reached the pickup point. The pickup schedule does not flex to acknowledge your delayed arrival even though it would be straightforward to monitor with only a few flights arriving in the wee hours. Instead of waiting possibly 30 minutes or so we chose to walk back to the car park. Not a pleasant walk through the puddles of water and drizzly rain. We saw no activity by the shuttles during our walk but took little solace from knowing we had chosen the better option.nCaveat emptor.........
Had the car there for 6 days - from a very early departure to an early in the morning arrival. The shuttle service was great. Will definitely use park and ride again.
Friendly and helpful van drivers. Easy to find a park. Vans come and go every 10 mins so not long to wait. Bit expensive if not paid for in-advance but convenient nonetheless.
Handy as! Great place every time we come from Timaru to Christchurch airport
Drove in. Barrier arm lifted recognized my license plate. Able to find a park easily.nDidn't have to wait long for the shuttle. Shuttle lady was very helpful. Shuttle bay easy to find.
