Really nice brunch. Friendly service, efficient and good prices too. Liked this one, would go back again. Place was clean and pretty busy but no delays between ordering and food and drinks arriving.

My recent visit to the Coffee Club in Rotorua left much to be desired. Upon ordering, I kindly requested seasoning on my chips, a simple addition that I assumed would enhance my meal. However, to my surprise, the staff informed me that they were unable to accommodate this request due to company policies. I found this lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate customer preferences quite disappointing. It's disheartening when a seemingly straightforward request cannot be fulfilled, especially in a hospitality setting where customer satisfaction should be paramount. I hope the management reconsiders their policies to ensure better service and satisfaction for their patrons in the future.nHere is the photo attached of seasoned Chips where seasoning is missing.

The food is always good here.

Really great staff, very friendly and helpful. Excellent food. It was a pleasure to eat there. The coffee machine was a bit noisy at times, as with most other coffee machines.
