Ordered a cream cheese and salmon bagel few months ago. Cream cheese was expired thought I'd order one today cause surely it wouldn't happen again. Only this time my salmon and cream cheese bagel is stale. No avocado no cream cheese just some salmon and basil pesto. Really disappointed here's a photo of the salmon avocado and cream cheese bagel
Sorry dude I know you were on your own but dam that was the worst Mocacchino I’ve had. I couldn’t even drink it. You missed the chocolate on the cappuccino too. Luke warm and could taste the stress. Binned it and went elsewhere for a decent coffee. Waste of $11
Have gone here numerous times and havent once had a decent coffee. Have had my orders messed up and then been told it is my own problem once brought to the barista’s attention. an example of this is when i got an iced coffee with an extra shot, i was given an iced coffee with about an inch of syrup. i explained that i had asked for an extra shot of coffee not extra syrup and was matched with a horrible attitude, and a snarkiness that is just uncalled for from a business pov. I have gone back time and time again as i love supporting local, but each time have been disappointed from the service to the quality of beverages being served. Today I was cut off by said barista when pulling into papamoa plaza, almost causing an accident. barista proceeds to lean out the window swearing and poking fingers, and egging on his other passengers to do so. I am aware he would recognise me as i went here almost every day at one point. He then proceeded to approach my partner in an agressive and violent matter after almost causing an accident, i think this is disgusting and inappropriate behaviour from a local business, not professional at all and i am unaware how you still have customers with this sort of behaviour in and out of the workplace. I hope nobody ever wastes another dollar here, and i think you need to take a good long hard look at yourself and the quality of service you have presented to the public.
Had chicken melt sandwich. Delicious and fresh
Lovely cafe. Went for breakfast. Quick friendly service. Nice coffee. Really nice hollandaise sauce on the bagels we had. I noticed that another customer who ordered a big Ben's pie out of the warmer got full service with the pie extra-heated and repackaged. Friendly proprietors.
