Finding a cafe that cares about the food they bring to the plate and has friendly and welcoming staff and an awesome spot close enough to take a walk on the beach. Gather checks all the boxes, they were quick to answer questions about allergies. Have been many times and the food is consistently good!
My husband and I went here as we were staying at the Tasman, and it was sooooo good! I had the Mediterranean Halloumi breakfast and my husband had the chilli eggs. So much flavour, the coffee and chai latte were perfect. Service was excellent, very friendly staff. 100% recommend.
Great tasty food with nice presentation. Really nice to have vegan options that have had some thought go into it. I watched other food coming out of the kitchen that looked really good. Delicious cookie too!
Such a cute little cafe. Popped in with my little girls and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cinnamon bun and the bacon egg brioche delish!
Good location along Papamoa beach. Varied cabinet options made it hard to choose but ended up going with a classic scone. It went down a treat. Off the menu I ordered the breakfast burger which was filling but nothing crazy in terms of flavour, particularly for the price. Iced drinks were decent too. Staff were very friendly, however the other customers made us uncomfortable by staring, although that’s not the cafes fault. I’m keen to return for take away to try the sweet cabinet options.
