Very popular with the locals, great service and very welcoming. Everyone will know your name and/or your dog's name if you go frequently enough. Kids friendly too, a great spot whether you are meeting with friends or family.Food: 5/5
Nice cosy cafe with friendly staff and pretty busy for lunch. Great Chai latte, but food was disappointing. Scrambled eggs was decent but the burbs poached eggs salmon potatoe dish was not enjoyable. Nothing memorable about the taste, nor anything appealing about the dish. Soggy spinach, bland potato mash. Maybe eg on hash brown type potatoes could improve the dish? And maybe some flavoring beside the hollandaise? Anyways would recommend drinks there but not food.
Stop in here every now and then for a coffee. It's great, nice coffee, excellent little menu, very private and tucked away. Staff very friendly. Highly recommended.
Small little cafe tucked at a quiet corner of Fischer Parade, friendly neighbourhood Cafe and food is reasonable
This is a review for the pho. It's new on the menu. I've yet to find any authentic Vietnamese restaurants where I felt the pho was done as it was overseas. The Burbs have it pretty solid. While it's not the most pho location, I mean, I felt bad eating as you ought to eat any ramyeon/noodles, with the slurps, while the lady next to me was picking away at a quiche ... But damn. If you need a good pho fix. Here you go.
Genuinely best coffee in Auckland so far 2 months in. Nice people and nice for dog spotting. Mince on toast and eggs bene also great.
Awesome place! Great coffee, French toast and weekend eggs bene were all delicious! They also cater well to gluten free and low dairy which is awesome!
What a lovely place, fantastic menu and service, lovely staff, and the food and coffee was excellent! Loved the chicken pasta.
