The Book Club - Hamilton

A very nice place. Beautiful woman. Had VIP treatment. Dance club & balcony is awesome for feeling the pulse of the night life & having a cigarette. Viewed amazing vintage American cars driving by. Upstairs on left is the bar, dance floor & smoking balcony. On right is the strip club. To gain entry, buy a stamp at the main bar. Great security & a fantastic night. Thanks!

I tried walking into here with the beliefs that it was a proper library, my mum was furious with the way they advertised it. I just wanted a few books for my 12th birthday but instead I had a much better birthday than planned. Very great experience.

Turned up pretty lit after a surprise 30th, staff were very accommodating and the patrons all seemed happy to be there. Check it out next time you're out in hamihole

The dj wouldn't let us pick some good songs

I will happily admit that at 5ft nothing it's sometimes hard to see but I could not find a sign anywhere that said you weren't allowed to read the books. As a sober driver and an avid reader it felt like a haven being able to read and listen to music while my friends let loose a little. I was 3 pages in before it was ripped from my hand and after trying to follow up all I got was "cut off". Please consider replacing with fake books or putting a sign up in the entrances instead of just being rude. I understand it is an alcoholic establishment but even bars have newspapers to read.

I attended this establishment for a number of hours with my wife.we had a nice time.i was then assaulted by the staff for wearing a hat that I walked in with and had on the hole time but was then assaulted for. When told I had to remove I simply said I will leave il just tell my wife I was then held by the throat and dragged down stairs and thrown out will be pressing charges.do not think you can go to this place and just be yourself without being assaulted

Interesting place walk up the stairs turn left got the bar..turn right and u got a hardon its a strip club..mostly nice girls on the nite we went in

Great environment friendly bar staff! Paid my door fee to go into the back library! great variety of open books to read back there!!

Enjoy book club but tonight I Uber’d into town and it wasn’t open when it said it was until 3am?? Angry
