The Bank Bar and Brasserie

Vegetarian burger is disappointing, dry, barely any vegetables except little piece of salad, fries were overcooked. Fries sauce was a joke as well ketchup mixed with mayonnaise. Ice tea was tasteless. I’ve been there before it was better couple years ago. Service is fine.

The best cocktails of Brussels are clearly to be enjoyed at The Bank! They make a P*star Martini like nobody else! They also have tasty easy food to share - I recommend even for meat lovers the vegan croquettes with their sauce, the fries with truffle mayonnaise and the crispy cauliflower! The service is a bit less attentive, but the cocktails and the vibe is worth it!!

Nice terrace, amazing service and ideal location. If you’re looking to experience bar culture in Brussels, this is the place. The drinks were great size. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place for afternoon drinks. Vegetarian options: Wide assortment of vegetarian dishes and sides

You can enjoy the DJ set night on every Friday. The bartender and the waitresses were nice and friendly. They comforted me when I had a breakup and helped me order a taxi in case I was drunk. ps. recommendation: Pornstar MartiniFood: 5/5

I was here a few times, it’s a cool bar, has a nice terrace and a selection of tapas and cocktails which look good on paper. This Sunday the service was really bad, we waited 15 minutes at a dirty, oily table full of food crumbs from the previous guests, when our server came she looked at the table and wiped a few crumbs with her hand ! and left the rest oily and dirty. We ordered a few things which were later brought to that dirty table. We waited maybe 15 min for the food which is great, the drinks arrived later. The sweet potato honestly seemed heated up in a microwave, I really hope that was not the case, but it seemed to be. The tacos were… eatable. Veggie one had nothing but beans… I expected at least another vegetable but it was just heated up beans in a hard shell. Overall experience really bad even though I like this place. Hygiene is not something you can compromise on. The tables has to be cleaned before placing new food on it.

A good brunch experience on a Sunday. I like the options they have for brunch. I feel like the meals could be slightly larger in terms of portion. But besides that it was good. The staff is very friendly and the outdoor seating is nice.

Limited Choices, No Water: My visit to The Bank Bar in Brussels was a letdown. Along with a friend, we ordered 5 glasses of wine, cheese croquettes, and grilled chicken. Firstly, when ordering, we were informed that many dishes, including all cold dishes and two out of the four items we were interested in, were unavailable. This limited selection was disappointing. Further compounding our dissatisfaction was the bar's policy on tap water. After our second glass of wine, I requested a glass of tap water, a simple and often complimentary offer. Astonishingly, the waitress refused, stating it was against the bar's policy. Seeking clarification and expecting a more reasonable response, I spoke to the manager. However, the manager reiterated the policy, offering only bottled water for purchase. This refusal to provide tap water, particularly after we had already spent a significant sum, felt inhospitable and out of touch with basic customer service norms.
