I have had to repeatedly show my bank statements and get my excessive balance wiped as I have paid online. I am now not able to get a script made up because apparently once again I owe over $100 and there are no notes in my file saying this keeps happening. The last two times I talked to staff about this they assured me they wrote notes down. If you go here never pay online and get proof of payment because I generally feel like I am being scammed at this point. As far as the doctors go I haven't had a good appointment in over two years. They dismiss me, don't want to do any testing and I feel rushed out of there. It doesn't help that there is forever a new doctor because the doctors keep leaving.
I’ve never complained about a doctor before because everyone has always been so helpful. My latest appointment left me in further distress than going into the appointment. I felt dismissed during my consultation — my concerns weren’t taken seriously, and I was left without any clear plan or follow-up. I also felt singled out and experienced a degree of discrimination, which was upsetting. I submitted a formal complaint, but it has gone unacknowledged by the Practice Manager. I would suggest avoiding this practice - they don’t care.
Recommend highly. Friendly, efficient, amazing services for clients. My health has really been looked after. Best clinic ever
Appointment made but not with a doctor, unbeknown to me. A nurse consultation where I was prescribed anti inflammatory drugs for an undiagnosed broken foot. Totally unacceptable and will not go back to this clinic
I went in for an eye check. Reception was excellent. The eye check went very smoothly. I had a good experience.
