Enjoyed our stay here. The proprietor was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and airy and bed really comfortable. Surprised to see really nice wine glasses which is rare at other motels. Get an extra few points for that alone!
Awsome places to stay walking distance to town and across the road is the supermarket and the restaurant in the Te Aroha pub what a awesome meal. We love the outdoor they had undercover place where you could seat and have a few drinks. The room had everything in there you wanted. The host were very friendly and told us about a Cafe 77 11 km out of town another awesome place for breakfast and they also have lunch out there. DEC 2024
We had a great stay, and Te Aroha is a hidden gem. The baths were the best, and the hospitality from Robin & Glenys was amazing. The rooms are amazing and the location perfect 10 out of 10 !!
Had a fantastic experience at the Te Aroha Motel. We were there for a family reunion and the apartment was perfect for 8 people, lots of room to sit around and chat, and the beds and facilities were really comfortable.nHighly recommend
I stayed for one night on July 16. It was room number 6 that had been booked. The room was very clean and everything was satisfying. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep at night because of the sound of the washing machine running. I went to sleep waiting for the sound to go away, but I couldn't. It was bright and I went out and found out that there were five outside machine of air conditioners on the outside wall of my room and the machine was running. If I had known in advance, I would not have booked the room. I stayed up all night and finished the rest of the trip with a hard time. If it's possible, I'd better take measures.
