I stayed for one night on July 16. It was room number 6 that had been booked. The room was very clean and everything was satisfying. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep at night because of the sound of the washing machine running. I went to sleep waiting for the sound to go away, but I couldn't. It was bright and I went out and found out that there were five outside machine of air conditioners on the outside wall of my room and the machine was running. If I had known in advance, I would not have booked the room. I stayed up all night and finished the rest of the trip with a hard time. If it's possible, I'd better take measures.
The customer service is super excellent. The lady in the counter is very friendly and helpful. She assists us to make an appointment for the spa pools in advance to avoid the disappointment and some nice treats and fresh local milk are offered!! The room is spacious and comfortable. We had a great night stay over.
I stay at alot of Motels around the country for work.nThis would be among the best.nGreat hosts, tidy good sized rooms, center of town but not to noisy.nIt's my regular when in this area.
We stayed as a family of 4 the rooms were emaculately clean, the beds were beautiful and very generous sizing, local milk in beauitful glass bottles connecting the local rural communiy was a great touch.All appliances were new and whisper quiet, which meant we all slept very well. Glenys gave us plenty of advice on where to take the children, local hot pools were a hit and the domain next door with playground gardens and basket ball courts for free family fun, the exploding geyser was great entertainment, very handy location to all the walking tracks up mt Te aroha, supermarket and shops easy walking distance from motel.nThe service was second to none.nRod and Glenys were amazing hosts went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best stay.nWe had car trouble and they opened there garage and time to help us get back on the road forever grateful.Truely beautiful caring people.nWe will be back again soon and have told all our friends and family of our new favorite motel
We had a great overnight stay. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. The room was spacious and super clean, and there were plenty of recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Te Aroha is a lovely spot to spend a few days, and the Hauraki cycle trails and spa pools are nearby.
