The customer service is super excellent. The lady in the counter is very friendly and helpful. She assists us to make an appointment for the spa pools in advance to avoid the disappointment and some nice treats and fresh local milk are offered!! The room is spacious and comfortable. We had a great night stay over.
We had a great overnight stay. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. The room was spacious and super clean, and there were plenty of recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Te Aroha is a lovely spot to spend a few days, and the Hauraki cycle trails and spa pools are nearby.
The Te Aroha Motel is a traveler's delight. We stayed in one of their boutique apartments and it was beautiful. So chic and stylish, and with super comfortable beds. The hosts were charming, and a great source of local knowledge. Our stay in this fabulous little art town was a complete delight.
Our room was lovely, immaculately clean and welcoming. The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
