Taste of Europe Bakery Ltd.

I have just discovered this bakery within the last two weeks and have been back several times. Absolutely delicious pastries, the texture the freshness the taste, by far the best I have had in Lower Hutt. The Apricot danish, delicious. They also have really good pies, but you must get in quick! To top it off everything is really reasonably priced. This bakery definitely deserves a 5 star!

The pastries are so delicious. I love that the fruit in the pastries is not too sweet, it has a beautiful tartness to it. Everything I've tried is delicious - the chocolate tarte, the creme brulee tarte, the cherry crossiant, the plum plunder.nYum!nnMy only suggestion for improvement is that it would be helpful to have the names of the items on the inside of the store, as well as the outside of the store because when I ordered at the counter I couldn't remember what the things I wanted were called. I just had to point to the items.nnDefinitely going back whenever I'm in the area.

My sister’s local European bakery, Taste of Europe, has the gorgeous sweet and savory treats and it’s always most enchanting trying to decide what to buy. I absolutely adore the Fruchtplunder plum it chic cherry because of the freshness of bread and texture not to mention the intense fruit flavour. Highly recommended!

Such a hidden gem! The tarts and pastry’s and brioche is just out of this world. No where else in the Hutt compares in my opinion, definitely worth the trip!

Always come here for the Perfect Walnut Honey Rye bread!
