I truly enjoy my career, I believe wellness is a lifestyle rather than a goal. I am not satisfied with only reaching a goal, but strive to help individuals maintain a healthy lifestyle.
My passion is to push you beyond the boundaries you percieive you have. To watch and play part in your success and transformation. To help you find confidence, self esteem, empowerment and ownership of your body, your mind and overall your life.
Our sessions will include specific training techniques to help enhance your goals. I will work with your lifestyle, hobbies and other commitments, finding solutions to cater for these, rather than eliminating them.
I have 9 years experience in the fitness industry. I have worked for an all Woman's gym for the last four years, where I worked hand in hand with woman of all ages, fitness levels, body shapes and through different stages of their lives. I run bootcamps in and out of the gym, use a holistic approach to personal training, make up tailor made nutrition and exercise packages and am a group fitness instructor.
I will support you and give you every tool I can to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
