Brad at Bike Garage made a space for my bike and checked and adjusted my rear disk brake without a workshop booking as I was traveling thru. Really great service and so helpful, friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service from all the team. Bought a road bike but wasn't quite suited for me, Seth was happy to upgrade to a better carbon version since I had only had the bike for half a day. Really happy with the better option I was given and totally worth going back again. Thanks guys. Adrian.

Today I visited this shop because I had purchased a new bike in Wellington and it was not working as it should. The team were so amazing, they could not have been more helpful, and they knew what they were doing. In fact they uncovered a number of issues with my bike and put them right for me. I would absolutely rate these guys.

Dropped in to this store on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by the team. Though the young staff didn't have all the answers to my questions he asked for the correct information from older staff. Good to see when big chains just tell you want you want to hear, not the truth...
