I am an aspiring Personal Trainer, striving to attain optimum happiness and balance in life through a healthy, fit lifestyle enabling me to enjoy each day at its highest potential. To pass on my passion and knowledge to others. To inspire them to be the best version of themselves they can possibly be.
I have a background in Taekwondo and Boxing, I also enjoy weightlifting, yoga, all combat type training and HIIT classes.
I hope to be able to take my own classes and have my own clients to look after once I am fully qualified. I am currently studying with Fit College NZ www.fitcollege.co.nz
