Tank

Good smoothies but often the salad/wrap bar is closed. You never know until you arrive if you will be able to order a salad/wrap. It's a shame, since they lose a lot of customers due to not having it open.

It’s a mixed bag whether this store is ever open when it says it will be. The door was open at 9 this morning so I went in and started placing an order on the screen, the staff member told me they weren’t open until 10 due to being short staffed. I feel really sorry for the staff as they usually seem stressed - this definitely isn’t a reflection of the people working there, just the whole experience.

Well, none of three touch screen orders worked. Sticker on menu screenn saying no salads and wraps. And they didn't have peach juice for my smoothie. So nothing properly works and not enough ingredients. Yuck.

Thank you to the lovely lady who served me, her customer service was out standing it was quite busy when I arrived but still managed to get order out

It depends whose working on the day. Sometimes friendly service and sometimes you get a yummy salad and sometimes you don't. The entrance to the shop is also covered so had to ask some random person if they knew where Tank was

I was overcharged last week when purchasing a salad and called twice to discuss and arrange a refund but no one called me back?! I went back into the store today and discussed the issue. The refund was made promptly so that was great. Thank you! However... very disappointing to see that this store is still using plastic forks, a fork was put on my salad even after advising i do not want one, the lady removed from the top of my box had not been used in any way and placed directly into the rubbish - madness.... what an absolute waste ! sorry won't be coming back until more sustainable, environmental products and practises are in place.

juice is good, the tank management must pay minimum wage for the slaves behind the counter. I am not referring to this branch in particular but tank in general. I still go there often and whilst I appreciate the efforts management make to hide the nike sweatshop out the back, I do hope they set them free one day

I go here all the time, and they are SO SLOW, but it’s confident so never cared too much. Today I walked in and there is no one in the shop. I go to the counter and order a smoothie and a salad. She asks if I’m paying with cash or eftpos and then stops and tells me to order again but using the machine behind me to order. Just so lazy. Walked out and went to a cafe next door.

Great Service from the Two 6young Ladies working on Saturday. With A Queue of People, They Were Getting Orders Out Quickly!

We regularly get salads or wraps from this store but disappointed of late with lack of consistency in size and ingredients. They are pricey and to be given half sized wraps on an increasingly regular basis is making me rethink as to whether we continue to give them our business.
