Tank

It was my first time to Tank Elliott, usually I go to the Victoria park one as they never disappoint u. There was only one staff in store & it was super busy! Juliana was amazing, great customer service & managed the orders really well. Great communication & was super fast. I had ordered a start me up & she informed they were short on passion fruit so I can chose a different juice instead which most of the stores don’t do like new market or the one in queens st. Will recommend this branch to all

How come there is only one girl Asian girl with yellow hair working in the store while there are 10 customers standing here to wait? She cannot even know who came first to serve! I have been to this store every Tuesday because I really like the kiwi guy who made nice smoothy. The Asian girl’s hair is now black, not yellow anymore. Every time she made my smoothy, I feel like it is not as nice as it should be because I also go to Tank in mount Wellington and Tank Sylvia Park. I don’t know if she follows the recipe properly or not? Otherwise why it tastes different?

Very friendly, great service and super healthy salad and smoothies. I love to go there everytime. Juliana is fast, efficient and awesome. Thumbs up, highly recommended

Staff were helpful but salad ingredients on display all looked well past their use by date. Generally love Tank but please improve your stock turnover practices!

Man I'm going to need a double juice after walking into this sauna. I know it's hot outside but it feels like 100% humidity inside here. Harsh start to a rating like this, but I almost don't want to wait for this smoothy and juice inside, and I can't imagine what the workers feel like. Guardian juice was quite the ginger drink, but the strawberry lush smoothie is great at least.

Went to get fresh juice few mins before closing around 04/01/21 5:23pm the only worker there a femalewas not ready to make fresh juices and advised only smoothies can be done because they are going to close in few mins. Was not really pleased with the response, especially with the hot weather this was very frustrating to hear. Tank needs to make sure they serve their customers until their closing time. EDIT : after reading through few reviews, I can see a lot of people have complained about the lady who serve, why isn't Tank not ready to take any action? Will never prefer this store anymore and not recommend it too.

Tank Elliott street used to have some really nice and pleasant staff. The lady who works now doesn't greet or say thank you and has a rude tone. It's understandable staffs do have bad days. But this lady's attitude was the same every single time I visited. Will not come back again.

I got my first tank the other day, the Half Tank Mega Green, which was surprisingly delicious. It was also quite filling. I would come here more if it was more affordable.

Wednesday 6:20 pm, the middle aged Islander or Asian woman was super rude. When she asked me what size I wanted I said the largest size I forgot they called it full tank for a minute she cringed at me so hardly and said "WHAT?" It literally stunned me for a sec and made me want to walk out lmao. I guess it is my fault for forgetting "full tank" but the attitude was so unneccessary. When she passed the juice, she passed it kinda half tilted with one hand if u get what I mean Some people can really ruin your mood especially when this is her job.
