Tank

Drink wasn't blended was swallowing chunks and ended up just throwing it out cause it was just disgusting this tank has always been really disappointing, waiting time takes ages just for a drink definitely not coming back.

Just brought a salad and it was going down good until I but down hard on staple that was mixed in with it. Hurt my tooth! Not what I was hoping for.

We tried to get a blue spirulina smoothie. When the staff handed the drink to us, she laughingly says sorry I've run out of blue spirulina powder which is why it's not blue and from what I could tell when she was making the smoothie, she counted 1 strawberry and put it not sure if this is the right amount, didn't see if she even put banana. The next drink she made for the next customer she generously puts both. She should have at least asked us if we wanted to change our order since they didn't have blue spirulina...for what it's worth we were like deer caught in headlights and just went ok and walked out of the shop instead of challenging the staff regarding our order at the time. Later, we stopped and went wait what?? Usually we like Tank, but this experience was terrible

Seriously worst tank ever. I have tried several times over the last months to get my orders. With and without COVID. Had ordered inside, online, and all orders are too slow. Sometimes the waiting time is 30 min! Online or in store order Now they have the screens inside, wanted to walk in, 2 people waiting before me, the gentleman inside behind the counter told me at 1:30 PM: “I am not taking anymore orders, I want to take my break” Sorry, this is not acceptable for a franchise, not my problem you’re understaffed. Hire people, upgrade your service. I’ve given it many chances, accepted slow delivery even while I was waiting inside and outside…. But this was just a rude comment… TANK…. NOT GOOD ENOUGH…

Worst tank ever! You can tell it was NOT done properly, too watery and not even cold. I have been to so many tanks and this is the worst place to get one! You need to put more yoghurt on the drink to make it thick and cold. Even my daughter was complaining about the smoothie. Please put some love on what you offer to your customer. Thanks!

I am done with Tank Parnell. I love Tank but the service and product here is terrible. My tank smoothies so often come missing out entire ingredients. Todays tank tasted like water, straight up. Every time I come here something weird happens. One time I waited for ten minutes and then was told the machine was broken and they couldn't make anything.It's just a poorly run place.

Im not the type to put a review in but This is the worst tank I have ever been too in my life. The customer service is non existent. Never pick up the phone for phone orders. Terrible rude staff I’m not sure who’s in charge of this tank but it’s a complete failure. Really need to step up there game otherwise it won’t turn out well. Shocked that it’s in Parnell of all places ..

Not a good experience sorry, went to by a Thai chicken salad at 1-30pm on Saturday only to be told, sorry we are not doing salads or wraps at the moment, not sure if this how they are going to be doing business in the future?

Very disappointed with ou acia bowls. Watery and just blended up ice with maybe a sprinkle of acai and about 5 almonds and a few seeds for the granola. Poor quality for money.. very sad.

Won’t be using tank again. The website says open at 10am. I got there at quarter past 10 to a locked door and a guy inside blasting his music loudly. After waiting at the door for 5mins he finally comes to the door to tell me I have to wait another 30mins. Disappointed to say the least
