Tank

I guess i don’t need to explain too much about the quality as they are always great! At least from my experience The store was clean and staff was friendly, need I say more? :

I bought green colada today and was looking forward to it as I love drinking Tank juices. After I saw the person handling my drink, he did not put enough ingredients at the back. It felt I was ripped off with this one for paying a decent worth of tank. It tasted so bland, where's the pineapple and coconut and other stuff. It just tasted like froty banana and spinach, a yuck. I compared it with takapuna branch tank and it was completely different taste and texture on the overall same drink. Very disappointed with Queen st. TANK, I want a refund please. I should of let the guy who made my drink have a sip of it to taste his produce, but had the courtesy to just chuck it in the bin to save his embarrasement, it was awful taste. I felt like saying something at that time, but will now. I will never come back again to queen st tank and word of mouth to friends/people about this. Not good :

Great place for a healthy start of the day. The Açai bowl and the smoothie I ordered were nice but there was a long wait until I got my order. There was just one person working and there were many customers at that time. The place definitely needs at least one more staff especially for busy mornings.

Lovely people and efficient service. And the food is healthy and delicious! One of my favourites!

The strawberry smoothie that I've order on small size was great selection, the right quality of taste, the low price is reasonable, and their staff are very friendly. I may come back here if I needed since it's my favourite place.

Wouldn’t recommend this place for those with food allergies. I ordered a smoothie with a couple ingredients that I’m intolerant to requested to get removed. I also ordered a salad with the same. The first sip of the smoothie started a reaction. I set it aside as I was confused not knowing how I’d react to something that shouldn’t have been in it. I am pretty sure based on the strong reaction that was coming on that it had sesame. Anyway, took a bite of that salad still confused. And then as I tossed it around I saw crumbs of nuts and seeds - maple, almond, and something else. I wasn’t a hundred percent sure what it was but it looked like flax which I’m allergic to. Went up to the counter and asked one of the servers to which she responded by pulling out the ‘nut mix’ from one of the cabinets. Turns out it does have flax! When I told her I couldn’t have it as I was allergic, her indifference surprised me “you should have asked when you ordered it”. Well, flax is a seed, not a nut. I’m not allergic to nuts. So I couldn’t have expected it to be in my salad, now could I? Photo of the repercussions of this indifference - it takes me about 48 hours to be able to walk without my nerves screaming bloody murder on me, and I have a flight to catch to Queenstown in 2 hours.

Terrible service, there was no one in the store and it took 15 minutes to make 1 drink. They had two staff members one of which was just neglecting to make the drink at all while sweeping for 10 minutes. Wish the high street didn't close down because this one is awful

They always have a different consistency of the same shake every time I go there. They taste good but one day they strawberry lush is thick which is good and other days it's like a milk shake.

Just came by and grabbed two 5$ deal of All berry Tank yesterday 26/12/17 but the taste of 2 drinks were so terrible. They were so icy, felt like not enough the amount of ingredients that come with the Full one. I am wondering myself whether you guys are trying to make the deals and cut the cost of the ingredients or how? I loved Tank and drink nearly the same drink everyday All berry Tank but i was indeed unhappy yesterday and probably now i have to think again about that.

Come here quite often in the morning from the day I moved to work in town. Eventhough its quite pricey, its worth to get 'em to start a new day full of energy and healthy. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and fast as well.
