Very pleased to provide a review of our experience at T3. We have bought swimming wet suits and other ocean swimming gear from T3. They have been excellent in both their advice and service. Sam particularly has stood out in helping us. Their Newmarket store has a pool so you can try the wetsuit out before you buy. Duncan and his associate Sam at the Mt Eden location were great help in getting me set up with a wetsuit for open water swimming. They were patient as I tried on multiple suits and peppered them with questions. They have a good selection of quality suits and swim gear. I would recommend them for your swimming needs.

Un friendly and not helpful stuff. Price is higher than other online shop in NZ. I don't think I ever go there again.

Staff give great recommendations which might even result in searching and buying a product elsewhere, the confidence in their product and focus on making sure they only sell products that are a perfect fit for customers means this is a one stop shop! Thanks for saving me effort with companies that don't deserve this 5 star!

Helpful staff. Was busy.

After spending weeks of wasted time trying to find a second hand wetsuit and knowing nothing about them, I gave up and decided to splash out on a new one. The staff at T3 were so helpful and quickly sorted me out with my first wetsuit. As a complete novice they gave me plenty of tips for getting it on and off as well. I've done two ocean swims now in it and it's a perfect fit and I'm loving it. Didn't even notice the temperature of the water. I'm pleased I spent the extra and got a professional fitting, it's going to make my swimming far more enjoyable. Thanks T3, excellent service.

Poor after sales service with excessive delays on responding to warrantee returns. Make sure you buy the right product as t3 will not be keen on refunding your purchase and will instead try and replace or give you store credit.... or better, shop elsewhere!
